The Ecosystem Development Program fosters connections and collaboration across Australia’s quantum landscape, linking researchers, startups, government, industry, and investors. We deliver events, briefings, and outreach programs that builds national awareness, strengthen relationships and shares knowledge.

Through the Partnerships Program, we work closely with industry, government, and research institutions to identify opportunities where quantum technologies can address real-world problems. We support end-user engagement, develop case studies to increase industry adoption across key sectors such as defence, healthcare, energy, and finance, and facilitate conversations that lead to co-investment and collaborative pilots.
New Ventures
Backing Australian startups
The New Ventures Program supports the creation and growth of quantum startups. From mentoring and coaching to access to networks and capital, we help innovators navigate the path from discovery to deployment. Programs like NewQ (founder coaching) and NextQ (venture building) are designed to unlock entrepreneurial talent and build scalable, globally relevant quantum businesses.

A diverse cohort of Australian quantum companies are delivering globally competitive solutions in sensing, communications and computing, as well as quantum enablers, adjacent ventures and those with education focused products.
